Talking to The Wall Street Journal, Epic let loose that the Unreal Engine iPhone Dev Kit powering the recent smash of a hit that is Infinity Blade, will be released to the public come Thursday this week.
The UDK will be made available for free as long as whatever developers create is also made available for free. Should anyone get greedy and start charging for their creations, a licensing fee of $99 (USD) will have to be paid in addition to 25% royalties after the first $5,000 in sales.
