BoW WoW refers to Blessing of Wisdom in World of Warcraft, which is a Paladin skill. This is a buff that raises the rate of mana regeneration during casting. The improvement to MP5 is based on the rank and a Holy Tree talent. The term is recognized by the majority of players, particularly raiders and Paladins.
Essentially, this provides all members of the raid or group that have the same class with the aim of the Greater BoW, replenishing 109 mana every 5 seconds for half an hour. The players are only allowed to have a single Blessing on them for each Paladin at any one time.
It appears that many players think this is not that helpful, and that it does not really influence the raid as much. However, it does have a great deal of advantage on the casters of a raid. The added advantage to the raid from this, considering you have around 15 casters in your 25 Man raid, is that it is the same as having an additional 27000 Mana for your raid in a combat lasting 7 minutes. That is quite a number of additional heals and DPS. Improves BoW WoW is something you should definitely consider.
