A lot of video games out there claim to be creepy or disturbing, but few of them ever succeed. A lot of things go into making a video game creepy or disturbing, the characters, the atmosphere. But one thing which can make or break a horror game is the creepy factor of its music. But it’s not just horror games which will have creepy backing music, in fact some of the scariest music comes from non-horror games. Here I present three of the creepiest pieces of music I have ever encountered in a video game.
