One of biggest, most important considerations for an on-the-go device is its battery life. A portable system is no good if it doesn’t last longer than the trip you’re on, after all.
Nintendo has revealed at its Nintendo World 2011 Event in Japan that the 3DS’ battery will last just 3-5 hours when playing 3DS title. If you’re playing standard DS titles, the battery length rises to 5-8 hours.
Apparently running 3D on a portable device is taxing to the tech’s battery. Will this play a part in your decision to purchase the device?
