Believe the (non-existant) hype; the PSPgo is indeed getting that much needed price drop. Some UMD-less handheld action will now set you back $199 instead of $249. US fans can rejoice but no word on possible drops in Europe just yet.
The bigger news is that this drop is likely in preparation for the PSP2, which Sony is still refusing to comment on despite everyone and their mothers knowing about it.
